There is no secret or quick fix to health and wellness. It requires personal responsibility and commitment to make lifestyle changes so as to achieve an optimal level of well being.
To achieve an optimal level in living, we need to give significant attention to each of the following dimensions of wellness:

- Emotional Wellness
- Mental Wellness
- Social Wellness
Counselling is a collaborative process in which the counsellor facilitates the student’s expansion of his worldview and his repertoire of coping resources, and the process in making choices for changes.
