29 graduands from the Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management programme received their degree scrolls at the SIM - The University of Sheffield Graduation Ceremony on 8 January 2016.

Addressing the graduands at the ceremony, Dr Lee Kwok Cheong, Chief Executive Officer of SIM Global Education, gave them three pieces of advice: do not give up easily when faced with obstacles and failures, embrace a spirit of adventure and entrepreneurship after graduation and hold on to ethical values as a guide in decision-making.

He said, “In life, we need to be adaptable and flexible… which are crucial success attributes in an unpredictable world of rapid change. Have a plan but be prepared at all times to turn your plans on their heads and catch the wind.”

The 29 were the second batch of graduands from the partnership between SIM Global Education and The University of Sheffield, which has been ongoing since 2011.
