Our relationships are an important part of who we are and how we feel. They provide us with a support system during difficult times and an avenue to share our joy and triumphs. As we travel the path of social wellness, we will learn more about setting boundaries, taking care of ourselves in relationships, building trust and commitment in the relationships and reaching out to others.
