Stephanie Shayne Ora is a management consultant at global business and technology consultancy Capco. She is an alumna of the University of London’s business programme.
Stephanie used her time in university to discover herself and her passions.
“They say the best lessons in life are learnt outside of the classroom. My time in university provided the platform and flexibility to discover more about myself, design my own career path, and get myself prepared for the world out there.”
Stephanie benefited greatly from international exposure.
“SIM GE’s Education Abroad programmes are close to my heart because they exposed me to some really great people, environments, and cultures. They equipped me with the skills to excel wherever I go and the mindset to press forward even if I don’t.”
Stephanie learnt to not be excessively pressured by seemingly ‘negative’ circumstances.
“Try not to feel too pressured to plan everything ahead – ‘failures’ and ‘wrong decisions’ are sometimes what lead us to better outcomes that we cannot foresee.”
