SIM Pte Ltd tops FG50 business rankings. 
SIM Pte Ltd is the first education company to make it to the 2009 list of Singapore's Fastest Growing 50 (FG50) companies. SIM also topped the rankings table at number one.  Over the last 3 years, SIM Pte Ltd recorded a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 820.8 per cent. About 8,000 firms from SMEs to larger corporates were assessed for the FG50 list. The FG50 is compiled by business and credit information provider DP Information Group.

SIM-RMIT's Bachelor of Design students clinch wins at FutureTalent Awards 2009 
Our full-time students have clinched second and third positions at the FutureTalent Awards competition themed “Future of Luxury”. The theme required students to create a new luxury brand with an Asian focus that would be a category leader in the next five years.

  • Won Gold for Men’s IVP Badminton 2008/2009
  • Won 1 Gold and 2 Bronzes at Singapore Canoe Marathon January 2009
  • Won 2 Bronzes at NTU Canoepolo 3-on-3 Championship 2009
  • Won Gold for Women at IVP Floorball 2008/2009
  • Won 2 Golds and 1 Bronze at NUS 9 Ball and NTU 8 Ball Open Invitational 2009
  • Won 6 Golds and 4 Bronzes at NTU Taekwondo Open
  • Won for windsurfing - 2 Golds at NTU Open; 1 Gold and 2 Silvers at Inter-tertiary Windsurfing Competition and; 2 Golds, 4 Silvers and 3 Bronzes at Contantwind Monsoon Series

For the second consecutive year, SIM Global Education (SIM GE) has won again for 'Best International Marketing Effort by a Private Educational Institution' at the STB Singapore Education Awards 2009. The awards recognise educational institutions and individuals who have succeeded in attracting foreign students to Singapore.

This win is testament to SIM GE's continued efforts to bring quality education and cultural diversity to its students and achieving Singapore's vision of becoming a global schoolhouse.
