Be a Career Mentor

You can make a difference to your juniors at SIM by playing the role of a Career Mentor. Your sharing of working experiences will be important to the current students.

Objectives of the SIM GE Alumni Mentorship Programme:

  • To provide a channel for Alumni to share professional experiences and expertise
  • To promote the development of a network of contacts
  • To advise current students on career advice and job search strategies

The commitment of mentors is voluntary and on an annual basis. We hope each mentor could spend about 10 hours over the full academic year with his or her student.

This mentorship programme is managed by the Career Services department. They will organise a first gathering to introduce the mentors. Subsequent meetings between you and the student can be arranged at your own discretion.
