Objectives
- Provide an insight into business and management practice on a national and global scale
- Develop an appreciation and understanding of current business practices to help you prepare for or develop your career
- Introduce and develop a breadth of knowledge in a wide range of business areas
- Provide the opportunity to combine academic theory and practical work in a written dissertation
- Develop research skills and critical thinking through debates and discussions
This programme is designed for local polytechnic diploma holders with an average Grade B who wished to pursue a degree in broad-based management.
An SIM Preparatory Course in Business is available for non-business-related diploma holders.
You degree certificate from the University of Birmingham is identical to those awarded in the UK with the degree title - "Bachelor of Science (Honours) Business Management".
