OUR SERVICE STANDARDS FOR FEEDBACK

1) We will provide an acknowledgement reply by the next working day from the receipt of the written feedback.

2) We will provide a formal response to your feedback within 3-14 working days from the time of receipt, depending on the complexity of the feedback. For those relating to external institutions/ bodies, the maximum response time will be 21 working days.

3) We will provide an interim reply if we need more time to work on your feedback.
